Direct Travel, A Portfolio Company of Silver Oak Services Partners, Completes Add-on Acquisition

Direct Travel, Inc. (“Direct Travel”), a portfolio company of Silver Oak Service Partners LLC, announced that is has acquired Hurley Travel Experts (“Hurley”).

Founded in 1993 by Pamela Hurley-Moser, Hurley Travel Experts is a Portland, Maine based Travel Management Company with adjunct offices in Naples, Florida. Hurley Travel Experts has a volume in excess of $60 million and specializes in business travel, corporate meetings, incentive and group travel, as well as leisure travel services. One of the nation’s fastest growing, woman-owned Travel Management Companies in the U.S., Hurley Travel Experts was named one of the Best Places to Work in Maine (2011 & 2012) by the Best Companies Group.
