Accent Food Services, A Portfolio Company of Silver Oak Services Partners, Completes Add-On Acquisition

Accent Food Services, LLC (“Accent”) announced that it has completed the acquisition of Employee Vending Services, Inc., dba Crosby Food and Vending.

Crosby is one of the largest independent providers of vending services in the Dallas / Fort Worth market. The company provides high quality services and products to over 300 customers in the retail, manufacturing, business services, education, and government sectors. Acquiring Crosby expands Accent’s geographic footprint and provides Accent with significant opportunities for growth.
