Redwood Dental, a Portfolio Company of Silver Oak Services Partners, Completes Add-on Acquisition

Evanston, IL – January 22, 2018

Redwood Dental (“Redwood”), a portfolio company of Silver Oak Services Partners LLC, announced it has acquired Livonia Dental Group.  The transaction closed on December 29, 2017.

Livonia Dental Group is a provider of general and specialty dentistry services to patients in the Detroit metropolitan area.  The company operates out of a single location located in Livonia, Michigan.

Acquiring Livonia Dental Group also expands Redwood’s geographic footprint and strengthens our presence in Southern Detroit”, said Dr. Mark Bouchillon, President of Redwood Dental.
